So let’s tell you a little more about this summer’s must have collection.
The Tie-Dye Plant Dye range, including silhouettes from their Classic Alpargata style, uses a scope of unique, plant-based pigments as a natural alternative to chemical dyes on the espadrille canvas. As the tie-dye process has natural variations, no two pairs will be the same.
Further sustainable components include a new Green EVA based outsole. An earth-friendly EVA extracted from sugarcane, which means more clean oxygen and less greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. All this whilst still maintaining the same comfort and durability we have come to love in our TOMS.
What to wear my TOMS Tie-Dye Plant Dye Alpargata with. You can rock these both casually or formally. You can’t go wrong with a pair of skinny jeans (socks? Forget about it) and a t-shirt. The ladies products go great with a summery dress, while the trendiest of you will match them with a pair of smart trousers and a shirt.
Giving back & supporting charities is what has always made TOMS stand out. From the get-go, TOMS have believed in a better tomorrow and have given nearly 100 million pairs of shoes to people in need across the globe. But it means more than just giving away shoes. TOMS donate £1 for every £3 made and due to the current international pandemic, the brand is re-directing this £1 to the TOMS COVID-19 Global Giving Fund, which supports organisations on the frontlines of the COVID-19 global health crisis. Good on them.
Similarly, here at TOWER, getting behind charities and doing our bit for the community is deeply inherited into our DNA. We support many charitable organisations and are proud of the work we do.
